The Way We Use Information:

We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the process of employment eligibility such as to administer testing related to skills verification, work eligibility or employment surveys.

We use the information you provide about others to verify your employment and/or as an emergency contact. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete these employment verifications. We require that such outside parties maintain privacy protections that are equivalent or substantially similar to those outlined in this policy. 

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and to communicate to you about opportunities with our staffing brands. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and the opportunity to opt-out of such communication is always available. Email addresses are not shared with outside parties except to the extent needed in order to administer testing related to skills verification, work eligibility or employment surveys.

This website uses Google tools for advertising and web site analytics. The tools use "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information may be used to evaluate visitors' use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

We will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of visitors to our site. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither we nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website.

EmployBridge uses third parties located in the United States to process and store your PI.

By using the Site and providing your PI, you consent to EmployBridge’s collection, use, processing, transfer, and storage of information in and to the United States. Any information We collect, process and store in the United States will be subject to applicable United States laws, which may permit United States’ courts, law enforcement, and government and national security authorities to access information in certain circumstances.
